1. : boxing

    So i’ve started to get into boxing.  in my case it is faux boxing because I’m not boxing against anyone and my form looks terrible.  Anyways.  This has been in the works for awhile.  A month ago, my brother bought a pair of focus mits and before that we had a large hanging punching bag as well as bag gloves and hand wraps.  Last week I bought headgear.

    So I’ve been punching that bag, and it is deceptively tiring.  You know that feeling you get after you run for a really long time after not running for a really long time? you feel like vomitting right? same deal.  The good part however, is that it’s a pretty entertaining workout, despite its grueling nature.  Supplement that with benching, weighted pullups and weighted squats and Tennis on the weekends, and I think I have something good going.

    So when my brother gets back, I’m going to let him punch at my head.
