When the things we love are ripped from our hands, we learn that we have gripped them to tightly and idolized that which was not worthy of our adoration. On the other hand, when they fall from our fingers, then we have held them too lightly, and have skirted our responsibility as stewards. But when we feel the firm pull of Sovereign Decree, and allow our treasures to be taken away. We declare the worth of God and trust the personal goodness of His plans for both us and our treasures.
